How it Works

Specialty items & custom orders will have designated openings; WATCH for announcements. All orders ship from Southwest Florida with a 5-8 week turnaround time depending on customization details. Turnaround time begins from date payment is received.

TUMBLER CARE!!!

Tumblers need to be treated with as much care as what was put into making them.

You know boo…tender loving care♡
Please hand-wash only and towel dry.💕

TIP: I only use microfiber towels for my personal collection. NEVER use an abrasive to wash or scrub with.

✨Do not soak.

✨Do not drop **Dropping your tumbler may result in chipping and/or cracking because of the glass like epoxy finish.

✨Not dishwasher safe.

✨Not microwave safe.

✨Not freezer safe.

✨Please do not leave in a hot car for extended periods of time.

Please note: I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on tumblers or custom orders.

Please know that I try my hardest to make sure all Fig & Sage tumblers are perfect, but everything is uniquely handmade, so minor imperfections and unavoidable specs of glitter or micro particles are a possibility. This simply means they are perfectly imperfect.

*All "CUSTOM ORDER" tumblers are made to order. Custom Orders will be shipped 5-8 weeks from the date of order & payment in full is received.

*All "READY TO SHIP" tumblers are just that, ready to ship. READY TO SHIP Orders will ship within 5-8 business days.

Fig & Sage you did a beyond outstanding job it's like the cafe on a cup I mean it doesn't get better than that. Well I did a photo shoot for it this morning BUT I love yours more haha!
